FacelessFlow is an AI-driven SaaS platform that generates, edits, and publishes short vertical videos for TikTok and YouTube Shorts. Our platform enables content creators to build successful channels without showing their face or learning complex video editing. We provide tools for video automation, scheduling, series management, and analytics tracking.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.
To access certain features, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities. You may not use another persons account without their permission.
You agree to use FacelessFlow only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited activities include: violating any applicable laws or regulations; infringing on intellectual property rights; distributing malicious content or viruses; attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems; engaging in any activity that interferes with or disrupts our services; and any form of harassment or abusive behavior.
Content generated using our platform must comply with the terms of service of the respective platforms (TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and applicable content policies.
FacelessFlow and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the company and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create using our platform, but grant us a non-exclusive license to use, store, and process such content solely for providing and improving our services.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights to any content you upload or generate using our platform.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. By uploading content to FacelessFlow, you represent that you have all necessary rights to do so and that your content does not infringe on the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.
We do not claim any ownership rights over your User Content. However, by uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.
Certain features require a paid subscription. All fees are displayed in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, with notice provided at least 30 days before any price change takes effect.
Failed payments may result in service suspension until payment is received. All subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FacelessFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the service.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim giving rise to such liability.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FacelessFlow and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable attorneys fees, arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through a prominent notice on our platform. Continued use of FacelessFlow after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
